The Christmas tree is gone, leaving an empty spot our in livingroom. I will miss the lights, but enjoy the clean look very much. Time is just flying by! But I am enjoying every minute. Having my parents here is perfectly lovely, yet it also has thrown my whole rythm upside down. And that actually turned out to be really good for me. We have had such nice days here together with family, visiting other family and so much more peaceful time than we had in the last months. Josiah and I were both a little confused with this sudden change of speed in our life.
Ayanna too; she has been a little different, more active and at the same time more snuggly. She loves all the extra attention. How special to have your grandparents around all the time!
Josiah and I also had a wonderful date out for our anniversary. After I put on my weddingdress for fun!.
Our long date included a lunch, some walking, Starbuck's signature hot chocolat, lots of talking, love and no worries! We ended the romantic date with a movie. Which we very much enjoyed seeing.
Josiah's mom is soon leaving back to Tanzania. We had to say our goodbyes, which is always so sad. I especially hate seeing Josiah sad. Our plan is to visit them in Africa in 2011.
Now that my parents are here, I am off for a little more warm family time.
