They say when time flies you are having fun. Well, I think I am having a very good time. Every night with turning on the lights in the Christmas tree I think "wow, time to turn them on again? another day has passed?"
The weekend was lovely, busy and entertaining. We had a Celtic Christmas celebration at Mosaic of which I unfortunately do not have any photos.
The night we spend at our friends house, who are from Japan and made a dumpling dinner. Very good! She also happened to have the most creative Christmas tree I have seen. Would be great even for an extra room. (great job Tomo!)
preparations of the dumpling dinner (my sister-in-law made this photo! thanks Cass)
Unfortunately Ayanna became ill and her fever went way up that night. It frightened me, my little girl burning up so much. After a night of fever and waking up lots, she is now feeling some better. Today she just snuggled up, slept, watched a movie (unusual for her)
And now I just hear they are expecting snow here again! Last snow we tried out our old (thrifty) new sled and all loved it.
I bundled Ayanna up well, I don't think the cold made her ill, could it have?
And last but not least.
Talking about expecting....
we are expecting snow, but my brother and his wife are expecting their first baby!!!!
I am SOOOO excited for them (and us)! Congratulations again, lieverds.

hahaha when you talked about expecting I thought for a minute that you were going to say you were expecting! that scared me badly because I don't wish to learn through your blog such important matters!! haha
